Lake Highlands is 1-1 after a 41-26 loss at Wylie, and head coach Cory Campbell doesn't dress it up: three turnovers, bad first-down efficiency, and a defense that forced six punts and gave up six touchdown drives. Matt Mosley gets him on the record about the honest Monday film session — "coaches' mistakes, my mistakes, players' mistakes" — before homecoming week against a Mansfield Lake Ridge team carrying seven Division I players.

Also in this one: an injury read on quarterback John Cothern, why five sophomores on the field is the real story of Friday night, the two red-zone drives that produced nothing, Cam Harper getting tripped up at the four, and a 20-year Lake Highlands Middle School fixture finally coming up the hill.

Kickoff is 7:30 Friday night at the Boneyard. Homecoming. Come out.
