    The Unchanging Blessing | Pastor Jonathan Morgan

    What does it mean to live under the blessing of God? In this message, Pastor Jonathan Morgan continues teaching from Galatians 3, revealing that the blessing of Abraham is part of the gospel and is received through faith in Jesus Christ.

    From Abraham to Adam, Scripture shows us that God’s blessing is more than a feeling—it is His power at work in our lives. It empowers us to be fruitful, multiply, overcome limitations, and walk in what God has provided through redemption.

    Your circumstances may change. Your location may change. The economy may change. But the blessing of God is not dependent on what is happening around you. Through Christ, we have been redeemed from the curse so that the blessing of Abraham might come upon us.

    In this message:
    • The blessing of Abraham and the gospel
    • Righteousness and blessing by faith
    • What God’s blessing produces
    • Redemption from the curse
    • Living blessed regardless of circumstances
    • The power of God to bring fruitfulness and increase

    “The blessing of the Lord brings wealth, without painful toil for it.” — Proverbs 10:22 NIV

  • The Sworn Blessing - Pastor Jonathan Morgan - August 23, 2026

    The Sworn Blessing | Understanding God’s Covenant of Blessing

    What does the Bible really teach about the blessing of God?

    In this message, Pastor Jonathan Morgan explores the biblical foundation of “The Sworn Blessing” and God’s covenant with Abraham. Galatians 3 reveals that those who are in Christ are redeemed from the curse and invited to receive the blessing of Abraham through faith.

    Beginning in Genesis, we see that God’s blessing carries the power to be fruitful, multiply, increase, and walk in the purpose and dominion God intended. The blessing isn’t simply the things we possess—it is the power and anointing of God at work in our lives, enabling us to become a blessing to others.

    Through Abraham’s obedience in Genesis 22, we also see a powerful picture pointing forward to Jesus. God swore an oath to Abraham: “Blessing I will bless you.” This message connects that covenant promise to the sacrifice of Jesus and challenges believers to build their faith for God’s provision on His grace and Christ’s finished work—not on their own performance.

    Key Scriptures:
    Galatians 3:6–14
    Romans 4:13
    Genesis 1:20–28
    Genesis 12:1–3
    Genesis 22:9–18
    Deuteronomy 8:18

    Discover what Scripture says about the blessing of Abraham, biblical prosperity, financial provision, faith, God’s covenant promises, and His desire for His people to be blessed so they can be a blessing.

  • Built Together: God's Design for His Church - Pastor Jonathan Morgan - August 16, 2026
    2026/08/17

    What does it mean for Jesus to build His Church—and what part do we play in that process?

    In this message, we explore Matthew 16, Ephesians 2, and Acts 2 to discover God’s design for a strong, Spirit-filled church. The Church is not merely a building or a weekly service. It is a people called out, gathered together, fitted together, and built into a dwelling place for the presence of God.

    Every believer matters. Like individual bricks joined together in a strong wall, we become stronger through worship, relationships, prayer, fellowship, serving, and studying the Word together. There is an individual anointing, but there is also a corporate anointing that can only be experienced when the Body of Christ gathers in unity.

    This message also examines the biblical pattern of the early Church: gathering in the temple and from house to house, devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching, fellowship, breaking bread, and prayer. When believers follow this pattern, an atmosphere is created where the fear of God, signs and wonders, spiritual growth, and revival can flourish.

    Jesus is not building a place for occasional visitation—He is building a habitation for His presence. We are being built together so that His glory can dwell among us and lives can be transformed every time we gather.

    Watch and be encouraged to find your place, build meaningful relationships, serve faithfully, and become an active part of the Church Jesus is building.

    Key Scriptures: Matthew 16:16–19, Ephesians 2:8–10 and 2:21–22, Acts 2:38–47

    Get in the Game | God’s Vision for a Participating Church

    Church was never meant to be a spectator sport. God has called every believer to pray, grow, serve, make disciples, and participate in the work of the ministry.

    In “Get in the Game,” Pastor Jonathan Morgan shares Cornerstone’s vision for a Spirit-filled, praying, participating church. From the early church gathering in prayer to believers meeting from house to house, Scripture reveals a pattern of corporate prayer, biblical community, discipleship, and every-member ministry.

    Ephesians 4 teaches that pastors and teachers are called to equip the saints for the work of ministry. You weren’t saved to sit on the sidelines—you have been filled with the Holy Spirit, gifted by God, and called to take your place in the Body of Christ.

  • Power to be a Witness - Pastor Jonathan Morgan - July 19, 2026
    2026/07/24

    Power to Be a Witness: Why Everyone Needs the Holy Spirit

    Why did Jesus tell His disciples to wait for the Holy Spirit before fulfilling the Great Commission?

    In this message, Pastor Jonathan Morgan reveals that the baptism in the Holy Spirit is not simply for a personal spiritual experience—it's God's empowerment for every believer to become an effective witness. Jesus never reserved evangelism for pastors or missionaries. Every Christian has been called and equipped to share the gospel and lead others to Christ.

    Building on Mark 16 and Acts 1, this teaching explores why the Church's greatest mission isn't merely growing attendance, transferring church members, or winning cultural debates—it's seeing hearts transformed through the gospel of Jesus Christ.

    In this message you'll discover:

    * Why every believer—not just pastors or missionaries—is called to preach the gospel
    * The true purpose of the baptism in the Holy Spirit
    * What Jesus meant by "You shall receive power... and you shall be My witnesses"
    * Why the gospel is the power of God to transform lives
    * How sharing your testimony opens the door for healing, deliverance, and salvation
    * The biblical strategy for changing communities and nations
    * Practical ways to begin sharing Christ with confidence in your everyday life

    Key Scriptures:

    * Mark 16:15–18
    * Acts 1:4–8
    * Matthew 9:17
    * Matthew 13:33
    * Matthew 23:15

    Jesus didn't call His followers to stay silent. He empowered them with the Holy Spirit so they could boldly proclaim the good news, pray for the sick, see lives transformed, and make disciples wherever they go.

    The mission field isn't only across the ocean—it's across the street.

  • Called to be a Witness - Pastor Jonathan Morgan - Sunday, July 12, 2026

    Called to Be a Witness | Every Believer's Mission to Share the Gospel

    What if sharing your faith wasn't reserved for pastors, evangelists, or missionaries—but was the calling of every believer?

    In this powerful message, Pastor Jonathan Morgan reminds us that Jesus has called every Christian to be His witness. Drawing from Mark 16, Acts 1, and Acts 8, he challenges the Church to move beyond simply inviting people to church and instead partner with the Holy Spirit to personally lead people to Christ.

    Beginning with a moving reflection on the tangible presence of God during worship and testimonies from recent mission trips to Colombia, Uganda, Zambia, Mexico, and the United Kingdom, this message builds toward a simple but urgent challenge:

    This week, share the gospel with someone.

    In this message you'll discover:

    * Why every believer has been called to be a witness
    * The true purpose of the baptism and power of the Holy Spirit
    * The "ministry of the believer" found in Mark 16
    * Why your neighborhood is your mission field
    * How the early Church spread the gospel through ordinary Christians
    * A simple, practical way to begin sharing your testimony
    * How personal evangelism can transform families, communities, and nations

    Key Scriptures:

    * Mark 16:15–18
    * Acts 1:8
    * Acts 2:17
    * Acts 8:1–4
    * Acts 17:26

    The gospel was never intended to stay within the walls of the church. God has placed you exactly where you are, in this generation, for a purpose. Whether at work, school, your neighborhood, or the grocery store, you have been empowered by the Holy Spirit to testify about what Jesus has done in your life.
