I have the honor of speaking to Adam Hamilton, who was raised a Baptist Christian from Michigan but no longer ascribes to any institutionalized religion. His current beliefs lean towards intellectual spirituality, with a few tailored rituals and meditative practices, including running and theater. In this episode, we discussed his journey to his current spirituality, concepts from Eastern religions, including Daoism, Confucianism, Buddhism, and Hinduism, ideas around religious hermeneutics, conflicts, and quantum physics, and more!
