Welcome to Conversation For One, where comfort takes a back seat to curiosity. This isn’t about telling you what to think; it’s about challenging why you think the way you do. We’ll explore relationships, healing, accountability, boundaries, psychology, and the uncomfortable truths most people avoid. You don’t have to agree with me. Just be willing to think. Because growth doesn’t come from validation,it comes from reflection. Let’s have the conversations that change the way we see ourselves and the world.Shaun Spivey-Spinner 個人的成功 自己啓発

  • When Sex Is the Only Thing Holding You Together
    2026/08/07

Can sex keep a relationship alive when everything else is already dead?

In this episode, we’re talking about the difference between real intimacy and sexual attachment. Because sometimes the chemistry is strong, but the communication is weak. The sex is good, but the emotional connection is missing. And when the physical part is the only thing holding two people together, eventually you have to ask yourself what’s actually left when the clothes go back on.

  • Stop Giving People Credit for Potential You Created
    2026/07/24

In this episode of Conversation For One, We break down the danger of falling in love with who someone could be instead of paying attention to who they consistently choose to be.

Sometimes we aren’t attached to the person in front of us we’re attached to their potential, their good moments, and the future we imagined they would eventually grow into. We make excuses, explain away patterns, and stay loyal to possibilities that were never promised.

This episode explores the difference between empathy and self-abandonment, intention and action, capability and commitment, and hope versus reality. It’s a reminder that understanding someone’s pain does not mean you have to keep accepting the pain they cause.

Because potential may be beautiful, but patterns tell the truth.

  • My Sexuality Is Not a Trauma Response
    2026/07/17

Why is one of the first questions lesbians get asked, “What happened to you?”

In this episode of Conversation For One, we’re unpacking one of the most common misconceptions about lesbian identity: the belief that being attracted to women must be the result of trauma, heartbreak, or “not meeting the right man.”

This isn’t about attacking men. It’s about challenging the assumption that heterosexuality is the default and that lesbianism needs an explanation.

We’ll talk about the difference between trauma and sexual orientation, why attraction doesn’t need to be justified, and how constantly searching for a man’s role in a lesbian’s story unintentionally centers men in a conversation that has always been about women.

Nothing had to happen to make me gay.

Sometimes people are exactly who they say they are.

If this episode challenged your perspective, made you think, or gave you the words you’ve been looking for, share it with someone. I’d love to hear your thoughts drop a comment or send me a message, because the best conversations are the uncomfortable ones.
