  • TRUST
    2026/10/29

When I think about trust, I usually think about trusting others. But what about trusting myself? Trusting my own ideas, my imagination and my ability to create something extraordinary.

How often do I dismiss my ideas because they seem to far-fetched, to woo woo or different from what everyone else believes? What if I trusted them instead? What if I dared to pursue my own dreams and create my own version of reality, rather than accept spmeone elses?

In this episode, I explore the magic of trusting myself, embracing what's uniquely mine, and discovering what becomes possible when I believe in my own creativity.

  • Instant Karma
    2026/10/25

What if Karma isn't something that happens to us in the future, but something that happens to us instantly? Every action we take tells us something about who we are. When I treat you with love and kindness, I immediately know the kind of person I'm choosing to be. When I treat you or myself badly, I know that too. The consequences aren't something I need to wait for. They're happening right now, in the identity I create through my actions.

Perhaps instant karma is about more than what we get back from the world. It's about who we become every moment. Every choice is an opportunity to decide who we are, how we show up, and what kind of world we create. The ultimate karma isn't what happens to me tomorrow. It's who I become today.

  • Importance of Identity
    2026/10/18

What if the identity we choose determines the world we create? If I see myself as God, how will I treat myself? And if I see you aa God, how could I possibly treat you as anything less? Imagine a world where we recognise the divinity in ourselves and each other, where love, respect and connection become the foundation of how we live.

We cannot create Heaven on Earth while treating ourselves or each other as anything less than sacred. How we identify is how we show up. And perhaps the most radical thing we can do is recognise that we are God, see God in everyone and start treating each other accordingly. Thats how we create paradise.

  • Who's Nervous
    2026/09/07

The other day I found myself nervous about giving someone a ride. I started thinking, what are we going to talk about? What am I going to say? How's this going to go?

Then I asked myself: Who's nervous?

And I realised it wasn't the real me - it was my ego. The part of me that wants to be liked, prove I'm okay and avoid looking foolish. Who I really am has nothing to prove and nothing to lose. I can simply be present, enjpy the person and see what unfolds.

The question - Who's nervous? - liberates me. It separates the truth of who I am from the story my ego is telling me I am. And in that space, I get to choose: Do I want to live from fear and the need to prove myself, or from the freedom to simply be?

  • What is Unconditional Love?
    2026/08/31

What if unconditional love isn't something we can define but something we can only experience? I believe it is the entirety of existence - the reason we are here, touching and flowing through everything. We catch glimpses of it, live it, taste it, feel it and become deeply aware of it in our everyday lives. And perhaps the greatest gift is simply allowing unconditional love to become the main motivator for how we live.

  • Situation and Circumstance are not Personal
    2026/08/25

What if they're invitations to embrace difference, to create something richer together? That's the game I want to play!

  • From Surviving to Thriving
    2026/08/04

We come into this world as our authentic selves. We don't have to learn who we are - we already are. But as children, we quickly discover that authenticity isn't always rewarded. To belong, to stay connected, and ultimately to survive, we begin adapting to the fears, beliefs, and traumas of the people around us. Little by little, we trade authenticity for acceptance. The extraordinary thing is that this worked. Humanity survived. But survival was never meant to be the destination. What if the next step in our evolution is to remember who we were before we learned we had to be someone else?

What becomes possible when we stop living from the belief that we're not enough and begin asking questions that honour our inherent sacredness? From Surviving to Thriving explores our journey to a future where all flourish together,
