  • When Staying Hurts More Than Leaving
    2026/08/26

Divorce is hard. Divorce with kids is even harder. And when addiction, manipulation, and emotional chaos are part of the story, it can leave you questioning everything.

In this episode, Kristen gets VERY real about her decision to leave her marriage with two young kids and what life looked like before, during, and after.

We talk about the red flags she ignored, why she stayed, the fear and guilt that came with leaving, protecting her kids, co-parenting, and rebuilding a life she honestly couldn’t see yet.

This isn’t about bashing an ex or telling anyone to stay or leave. It’s one woman’s story and an honest conversation for anyone who has ever felt stuck, scared, confused, or wondered, “How did I get here?”

And maybe the biggest reminder of all: sometimes the decision that feels like it’s breaking your life apart is actually the beginning of rebuilding it.

  • Ep 5. Remember to Remember: Faith Over Fear
    2026/07/29

What do you do when life asks you to take a step before you know how everything is going to work out?

In this episode, Patrick and I share one of the most personal conversations we’ve ever had. We talk about leaving the security of home, moving to Florida, building our coaching business, and the faith it took for Patrick to leave his career.

But this story didn’t start with Florida.

It started years earlier through our son Charles Patrick’s Marfan syndrome diagnosis, heart surgeries, countless doctor’s appointments, and seasons that stretched us in ways we never expected.

For us, our faith in God became the anchor that carried us through the unknown. Looking back, we can see His faithfulness in ways we couldn’t while we were living it. Even if your journey or beliefs look different from ours, we hope this conversation encourages you to keep moving forward, trust the next step, and remember that growth often happens before the answers come.

If you’re facing a difficult decision, a health challenge, financial uncertainty, or standing at a crossroads, this episode is for you.

And when fear starts to creep in… remember to remember. Remember the moments that have carried you this far, the strength you’ve found along the way, and for us, the God who has never stopped walking beside us.

  • Ep 4. REQUIRE TO REWIRE - The Simple Mental Shift That Can Change Your Entire Life with Kristen
    2026/07/22

Your brain isn’t designed to make you happy. It’s designed to keep you familiar. Even if familiar is anxious, insecure, overwhelmed, or stuck.

In this episode, Kristen is talking about why your brain keeps pulling you back to old patterns, how neural pathways actually work, and why you have the power to change them. It’s time to Require to Rewire. Because your first thought isn’t always the truth, and you don’t have to keep living the life your brain has practiced. You can require yourself to think differently, choose differently, and ultimately BECOME differently.

  • Ep 3. Whats the Point? Or Is EVERYTHING the Point? - Anxiety, Agoraphobia and Depression Hope, with Kristen and Lenee
    2026/07/13

Are you a “What’s the Point” Depression sufferer or an “Everything the Point” Anxiety sufferer? Anxiety and depression affect millions of people, but when you’re the one living through it, it can feel incredibly lonely.

In this episode of Connected with Kristen and Lenee, we’re opening up about our own journeys. We talk honestly about the hardest seasons of our lives, what those struggles felt like, and the unexpected things that helped us begin to heal.

Spoiler alert, we didn’t set out to improve our mental health. We simply started getting physically healthy. Looking back, we realized that taking care of our bodies changed our minds too. Better nutrition, movement, supportive relationships, purpose, and daily habits became part of our healing journey.

We’re not mental health professionals. We’re simply two women sharing our stories and what helped us find hope again. If you’re in a difficult season, we want you to know you’re not alone. Healing doesn’t always happen overnight, but small, consistent steps can change your life.

If this episode encourages you, please share it with someone who may need to hear they’re not alone. And if you’re struggling today, we hope this conversation reminds you that there is hope, there is help, and brighter days are ahead.

  • Ep 2. We Didn’t Just Lose Weight… We Found a Better Way
    2026/07/06

In this episode, we’re taking it back to where it all started. Before we were podcast hosts, business partners, and friends, we were two women who were really good at losing the same 20 pounds over and over again. Sound familiar?

We’re answering the questions we get asked all the time about our program, the ones people are sometimes afraid to ask out loud. Is it just another diet? Do you have to eat “diet food” forever? Why is coaching such a big deal? What makes this different from everything else we’ve tried? We don’t give you a sales pitch, we just tell you our stories, share what worked (and what definitely didn’t), and explain why this approach finally clicked for both of us.

If you’ve ever thought, “There has to be a better way,” this episode is for you. Come laugh with us, learn a little, and hear how two complete strangers bonded over a shared struggle, found lasting health, and somehow ended up with microphones in front of our faces talking about it.
