  • Who Do You Become Here?
    2026/08/30

Who are you in the places where you feel most like yourself—and who do you become in the places where you don't?

Recording from Martha’s Vineyard, Mo reflects on the hydrangeas covering the island and a lesson she first learned years ago: with certain varieties, the conditions in the soil can influence the color of the blooms.

That observation opens a larger conversation about environment, identity, and self-expression.

We are often quick to ask, “What is wrong with me?” when we feel guarded, quiet, tense, indecisive, or disconnected. But sometimes a better question is:

    What are the conditions here?

In this episode, Mo explores how different environments can call different parts of us forward or send them underground.

Some spaces make it easier to rest, speak honestly, ask for help, be playful, take risks, or receive support. Others can leave us bracing, editing ourselves, overfunctioning, or questioning what we know.

Discernment matters, and not every person or environment deserves equal access to you. The invitation is to notice.

    In this episode:

    • Why your environment matters without defining all of who you are

    • How contrast can reveal patterns you may not notice in your everyday life

    • The difference between challenge and constriction

    • Why guardedness, quiet, or hesitation may sometimes be adaptation

    • How to notice when you are choosing how you show up versus reacting to the conditions around you

    • Why changing one condition can matter even when you cannot change the entire environment

    • How environmental discernment supports self-discovery, self-trust, and self-expression

    Reflection question:
Who do I become here and what do the conditions around me make easier or harder to express?

You don't have to make an immediate decision about what you notice. Let the information be information first.

  • The Circle of Becoming, Part 3: Self-Expression & Making Room for More of You
    2026/08/21

What happens when you stop organizing your life around being useful, responsible, and the one who always has the answer?

In Part 3 of The Circle of Becoming series, Mo explores self-expression as something deeper than visibility, style, or speaking up. Sometimes self-expression is allowing parts of yourself that previous versions of survival kept hidden to finally have room to come forward.

She also shares the experience of doing the Polar Bear Plunge after the original plan changed and what it revealed about staying open to a desire when it unfolds differently than expected.

This conversation is about making room for range.

You don't have to invent a brand-new identity to become more fully expressed.

Some parts of you may just need more room.

    In this episode:

    • Why self-expression is not the same as performance

    • How usefulness and responsibility can become overdeveloped identities

    • What it means to belong without earning your place through competence

    • Why changing plans does not always mean abandoning a desire

    • How new environments can reveal parts of you that have been quiet

    • Why adventure, rest, receptivity, and leadership can all belong to the same woman

    • How self-discovery, self-trust, and self-expression work together in the Circle of Becoming

  • The Circle of Becoming, Part 2: Self-Trust & The Quiet Decisions
    2026/08/09

In Part 2 of The Circle of Becoming, Mo moves from self-discovery into self-trust.

Many women have been taught to dismiss what they sense, question what they need, and search for external confirmation before honoring what they already know. This can make self-doubt look natural when it was actually learned through repeated dismissal, punishment, or social conditioning.

    This episode explores:

    • Why knowing something and trusting it are different practices
    • The habit of asking for more evidence when what we really want is approval
    • How discernment protects self-trust from becoming impulsivity
    • Why inconvenient truth is still truth
    • The difference between being approved of and being aligned
    • How old relational contracts change when a woman stops overfunctioning
    • Why other people’s disappointment does not automatically mean you made the wrong decision
    • How small, honest choices rebuild confidence over time

    Quiet decisions can sound like:

    • "I'm not explaining this more than once."
    • "I'm done auditioning to be included."
    • "I'm not saying yes while hoping someone notices I am overwhelmed."
    • "I'm not shrinking my desire to make it more acceptable."
    • "I'm going to believe my body the first time."
    • "I need a minute."
    • "Let me call you back."
    • "I changed my mind."

  • The Circle of Becoming, Part 1: Self-Discovery & Dropping the Bags
    2026/08/02

In this episode Mo introduces The Circle of Becoming, a recurring journey through self-discovery, self-trust, and self-expression.

The first movement is self-discovery: learning to recognize your own voice beneath the expectations, roles, family systems, survival strategies, and old recordings that have shaped your identity.

Mo examines the hidden cost of always being:

    • The strong one
    • The dependable one
    • The forgiving one
    • The responsible one
    • The understanding one
    • The easy or low-maintenance one

These identities aren't treated as evidence of weakness or failure. They may have helped you survive, preserve peace, or remain connected. The question is whether they still support the woman you're becoming.

    You will also hear why:

    • Truth can initially feel rude or rebellious
    • Automatic agreement can create resentment
    • The body often notices misalignment before the mind names it
    • Dropping a bag may mean releasing a belief rather than leaving a person
    • Self-discovery can disrupt dynamics that depended on your silence
    • Growth sometimes includes grief

  • The Quiet Was Preparation: Where I’ve Been and What’s Next
    2026/07/19

Confident Women Glow is back for Season 7.

Instead of pretending we're picking up where we left off, Mo is opening the season with an honest look at what the break made room for—and what it taught her about growth, grief, rest, emotional responsibility, and returning to yourself.

In this episode Mo reflects on the quiet work of integration, why the right decision can still hurt, and what one small strawberry taught her about recognizing signs of life before the full result appears. She also explores why protecting your emotional state matters in a world where so much is designed to provoke your reaction.

The podcast also crossed 10,000 listens and downloads during the break—a reminder that growth doesn't only happen while we're performing, producing, or actively chasing it. Sometimes growth continues while we rest.

These lessons become the doorway into a new season centered on self-discovery, self-trust, self-expression, rest, integrity, discernment, support, and the ongoing practice of returning to yourself.

As you listen, consider this question: What do you know is true for you right now?

  • Wander Years (Archive)
    2026/03/15

This week’s episode from the archive feels especially timely.

I talk about what I call the wander years — seasons when the old version of your life no longer fits but the next version hasn’t fully revealed itself yet.

These seasons can feel uncomfortable, quiet, uncertain, even lonely… but they’re often where the deepest growth happens.

If you’ve been feeling like life is shifting and you can’t quite explain why, this one might meet you exactly where you are.

    You may not be lost.

You may be in your wander years.

  • Stay Oriented
    2026/03/08

For the final episode of Season Six we’re not looking backward. We’re looking forward.

In moments when the world feels loud, chaotic, and emotionally overwhelming, it’s easy to lose your center.

Headlines move fast, opinions move faster. And the pressure to react to everything can leave you feeling fragmented and exhausted.

This episode is about staying oriented.

The world will remain loud, but you don’t have to lose yourself in the noise.

  • Ease and Intention: Rebuilding Confidence Without Forcing Your Life
    2026/03/01

After finishing a two-hour workshop I sat down to record this episode from a place that felt unfamiliar… steady, not frantic. Tired, but not depleted.
In this episode I’m exploring the tension between ease and intention, and why they’re not opposites.
If you’ve been feeling torn between wanting to rest and wanting to build… this one is for you.
Confidence isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about becoming someone you don’t abandon.
    Let’s practice that together.
