Actress Raven Goodwin joins Erica and Milah for an honest, hilarious, and vulnerable conversation about growing up in Hollywood, becoming a mother, postpartum identity, money, body confidence, and learning how to find yourself again after kids.

Raven opens up about moving to Los Angeles at 12 to pursue acting, the pressure of becoming a working child actor, and how those experiences now shape how she protects her own children.

She also gets real about motherhood after two emergency C-sections, having two kids in four years and the emotional reality of trying to reconnect with herself postpartum. Raven shares the moment she crashed after her daughter's first birthday and found herself asking a question so many mothers know too well: Who am I now?

The ladies also get into their evolving relationships with money, growing up without financial literacy, building wealth as Black women, marriage, raising confident Black children, breaking generational parenting cycles, and why Raven refuses to let Hollywood decide how she should feel about her body.

Plus, Raven talks about being a plus-size Black woman in entertainment, why she believes she can change a casting director's mind when she walks into a room, the affirmations she gives her children every morning, and why moms need to learn to love on themselves the same way they love on their kids.

And of course, it wouldn't be Good Moms Bad Choices without tequila, sex positions, motherhood confessions, and a little tarot.
