Community Connectors, hosted by Catherine van Battum and her team from North Norfolk District Council, explores the voluntary and statutory support networks across the region. Each episode highlights organisations and initiatives—from Coastwise and Age Friendly Communities to Veteran and Carers support—alongside insightful interviews with local groups such as SENsational Families and the 12th Man Campaign. Listeners can expect discussions on topics including cost‑of‑living assistance, mental health, dementia, loneliness, transport, social prescribing, bereavement, environmental protection, and more. Whether you’re a resident seeking resources or someone who loves learning how communities connect, this show offers a friendly, informative guide to the services and volunteers shaping North Norfolk.
