    served in the Global War on Terror. She is a published author, speaker and expert panelist for both SPYEX as well as the SPY Museum in Washington, D.C. Also, for three seasons she has worked on an Emmy-nominated court TV show.

    Lena is the CEO and Founder of The Congruency Group and SECTOR INTELLIGENCE. Training the Department of Defense, government agencies, law enforcement, special forces, and private sector industries in interviewing and interrogation, statement analysis, body language, detecting deception, elicitation, and change leadership.

    Our guest: Dr. Cliff Lansley is an serial entrepreneur and a Researcher/Practitioner in the field of Emotional Intelligence (EI). Cliff’s first company founded in 1990 was focused on Leadership and HR/LD Development, which he led as a CEO until he retired and then sold the company some years later. Cliff then went to follow his passion for EI and founded the Emotional Intelligence Academy (EIA). Since then he has partnered with Paul Ekman PhD and brought Paul’s research across the globe. He developed a new EI model which was published in 2020 with Paul as a mentor and Don Saklofske PhD as his external examiner.

    Cliff is also a scientific advisor for Behavior Analysis on a real-crime series “Faking It: Tears of a Crime” produced by Warner Bros. Discovery.
