  • Finding Love When You Stop Looking For It with Ulrich G. Von Dran IV
    2025/04/07

You know those people who knew they'd marry their partners from the very first moments they met them?

I've always been jealous of those people! The Commitment Phobe in me has fantasized about meeting "the one" and instantly knowing they're the person I'll spend the rest of my life with because it gives me a false gurantee that I'll be happy forever or that they won't abandon me.

My friend Ulrich is one of those people, and I loved having him on to the podcast to talk about his "love at first sight" experience, and how he believes love isn't something you find when you look for it.

Join us for a really beautiful conversation about love, heartbreak, marriage and attachment styles.

  • Walking Through The Fire of Love with Jordan Mockingbird
    2025/04/04

On today's episode my guest Jordan Mockingbird comes on to share some of the wisdom and insights he's learned about love and relationships through his own experiences and learnings as a practitioner of the shamanic healing arts.

Jordan dives deep into the initiatory path of love—not the romantic fantasy, but the raw, soul-forging fire that relationships can be when we see them as a spiritual ceremony. What if love is war—not against each other, but against the parts of ourselves that resist life, that hold on, that fear surrender?

We explore the idea of being devoured by karma, held by the Great Spirit, and purified through the alchemy of intimacy. To love is to invite the fire—and to stand in it willingly, with courage. This path requires an inner warrior or warrioress who’s not afraid to face the ancient patterns, the mating strategies, the memories buried in our bones.

When all of it rises—rage, grief, desire, fear—can we hold ourselves in the purge and remember: this is love too?

  • The Ups and Downs on The Journey of Vulnerability with Men with Veronica Kaulinis
    2025/02/04

In this episode, I sit down with my friend Veronica to talk about what she’s learned as she’s leaned into vulnerability with men.

She shares the highs—the moments where being more open has made love and connection feel so much freer—and the lows, when she’s had to check herself and face the parts of her that still resist being fully seen. We get into the real, sometimes messy, but ultimately beautiful process of unlearning old patterns and showing up as our most authentic selves in relationships.

If you’ve ever struggled with letting your guard down, and are on the ever-evolving path of bringing your truth and authentic expression into your relationships, you will resonate with this one!

  • From Longing to Trust: Mari Hegyi on Love and Divine Alignment
    2025/01/09

Sit back and relax, because this special episode is more of a storytelling one :)

Mari Hegyi is a new friend, and brilliant facilitator and sound healer who comes on to the podcast to share lessons and gifts she's learned from her journey in love and relationships.

Mari shares her journey of longing for a partner to start a family with and the profound lessons she learned about letting go and trusting divine timing. Mari opens up about how she honored her desires while learning to expand her heart, embrace love in unexpected ways, and commit to herself and her vision of love. She also dives into the meaning of true commitment and the importance of releasing our preconceived ideas of how love should appear in our lives.

I think Mari's story is an incredible example of what happens when we declare what we want to the universe and how they journey afterwards is a truly a dance that involves a lot of surprises and twists and turns that invite us to put our ego aside and listen to our heart.

This conversation is such a beautiful reminder to trust the process, stay open, and love bigger!

  • Cultivating Connection in Relationships by Nourishing Your Nervous System with Oren Shai
    2024/08/05

Ever think about how authentic is the way you breathe, walk, or sit?

What if some of those patterns or postures are ways you've learned to be to protect yourself or be accepted, but it's not actually what's true in the moment?

And what if you could then change your life by simply changing your physical patterns and nourishing your nervous system?

My guest Oren Shai comes on to the podcast for the second time to talk about how we can create more authentic relating and relationships by growing our awareness of the authenticity of our movements and postures.

-How we hold our body determines how we live our lives.

-How we've all been living in an envinronment that's akin to a "rock concert" and how that impacts of nervous system awareness.

-The power of slowing down and how it can help us feel more and rely less on stimulants.

-How responsible are we for feeling regulated in our relationships?

-How can we learn to recognize when we're externalizing our sense safety so we can source that safety from within?

    -Sensing vs. sensemaking.

-How sharing our feelings with others can be invitations for deepening intimacy.

-The power of taking pauses when we're relating with others.
