We had the pleasure of interviewing Suzette West to discuss fostering inclusive relationships in business and the importance of creating collaborative partnerships. She was the perfect guest for this show as we focused on surrounding yourself and doing business with the RIGHT people.

Suzette enjoys cultivating diversely inclusive and innovatively resilient group cultures that embrace our shared humanity, maintain psychological safety, and encourage collaborative environments.

With aspirations to blend purpose with profit, she is an advocator for the rise of social enterprise and bringing together opportunities for commercial real estate public / private partnerships to provide housing solutions that co-create positive impact, change, and community transformation.

Her real estate journey began in 1996 when she discovered the power of real estate investing as a life-changing wealth-building vehicle. Starting as a residential Realtor, West evolved into residential investment/development and up-leveled to commercial multifamily properties in 2018, only a year after beginning her coaching practice in 2017.

Now, as a coach who also invests in commercial real estate, she is on a mission to transform what it means to be an A-Player in the new post-pandemic paradigm.

She is passionate about guiding inclusive leaders along their "Hero's Journey" to forge a new path that brings a new kind of A-Player into being where team members care, shows up authentically for themselves and others, and contribute impactfully as a force for good in their lives, in the organization, and in the world. ✨️

On a personal note, she enjoys leading a multi-dimensional creative, and adventurous life with passion projects and hobbies that are energizing and make life so sweet! ✨️
