    Alexander McArthur was a young man from Cedar Rapids who had traveled to Davenport for Labor Day. On his way homez tragedy struck. Alexander's body was found on thr tracks and had been hit by a train. Witnesses quickly came forward, but Alexander's death remained a mystery.


    Joplin Red was a notorious criminal in the late 1800s in and around Iowa. He was found dead in his bed at a local hotel by his mistress. But like Alexander, his death quickly turned into a mystery. Was it accidental, or did his past connections come back to silence him?
