Hey, it's me.

I am so excited to tell you that I decided to reopen my coaching practice. When I shut it down a few years ago, I honestly thought I was done forever. The break was definitely necessary. But I think lately I've just realized that I never actually stopped coaching. It's just who I am.

I'm never gonna stop helping people see how amazing they already are. I'm never not going to help people trust themselves. I'm not going to help people shush the shame that's always creeping in. (Thank you, extractive capitalism). I think restarting is just my way of helping to create the world I want to live in. A world where people aren't empty shells of themselves.

A world where they're free to be who they are and design their lives in whatever way fills them up, rather than trying to fit into someone else's crusty, outdated, too-small, soul-sucking mold.
