What happens when an offer you’ve been running for six years gets a little too big?

Welcome to Cleaning Up My Kitchen Sink Offer, a behind-the-scenes series where I’m taking you along as I simplify and revamp Systems Over Stress in real time.

In this episode, I’m sharing one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned this year: more curriculum does not equal better client results. Sometimes, more curriculum just creates more confusion.

Systems Over Stress had become an offer that could help you do almost anything in Airtable. Client management. Onboarding. Sales tracking. Launch tracking. Moving away from Dubsado. You name it, I could probably help you build it.

But as the program grew, I realized that having more things my clients could do wasn’t necessarily helping them get one clear result.

So I tried something different.

Instead of another “choose your own adventure” systems sprint, I told everyone exactly what we were going to build: a client results tracking system.

And that five-week experiment completely changed the direction of my offer.

In this episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of:

  • What happened as my six-year-old offer continued to grow and accumulate more curriculum
  • Why having more types of clients made the “kitchen sink” model harder to deliver
  • The difference I saw between letting clients choose what to build and leading everyone toward one result
  • Why our five-week Client Results Revamp Challenge gave me clarity on what I actually want to be known for
  • How client results tracking works across wildly different types of coaching programs and services
  • Why I’m cutting entire topics out of Systems Over Stress and rebuilding the curriculum around one clear transformation
  • What I’ve learned about evolving an offer instead of abandoning it when something isn’t working

I’m sharing the messy middle of figuring this out because I know I’m not the only person who has built an offer that worked, added more and more to it over the years, and eventually looked around and thought, “Wait... what does this thing actually do?”

If you’ve got a kitchen sink offer of your own, this series is for you.
