    In this sermon, the message comes from John 4 and Jesus' encounter with the Samaritan woman at the well. In a culture where Jewish rabbis typically avoided public conversations with women, especially Samaritan women, Jesus intentionally crossed every social, cultural, and religious barrier to meet someone who had been rejected by others. While the woman came to the well alone in the heat of the day, likely avoiding the shame and judgment of her community, Jesus saw beyond her reputation and met the true need of her heart.

    The sermon reminds us that God is not primarily concerned with the place where we stand, but with the position of our hearts. True worship is not about the mountain we stand on, but the truth we stand on. Jesus offers living water to those who are thirsty, regardless of their past, and invites every person into a relationship marked by grace rather than condemnation. This message is a powerful reminder that Christ seeks out the overlooked, the broken, and the isolated, meeting them where they are and offering a well of life that never runs dry.
