If that growth is not happening, it calls for honest self evaluation to identify what may be missing or misaligned, whether in your approach, your effort, or your strategy. Seeking guidance from the Holy Spirit and being willing to adjust is not a lack of faith but an act of faithfulness. Stay persistent, remain open to change, and continue seeking clarity until the necessary adjustments become clear.
