Christopher, Illinois—a place of old coal dust, porch‑light evenings, and the kind of memories that settle in your chest. With a soft, unhurried voice shaped by late‑night radio and the calm of empty streets, Silas invites listeners into a slower world. Each episode drifts through small‑town history, personal stories, gentle reflections, and the quiet resilience of people who keep showing up for one another.

There’s no rush here. No noise. Just a companionable voice, a steady presence, and a moment to breathe. Whether he’s sharing childhood tales like The Chain Gang, walking through the town’s forgotten corners, or offering a thoughtful pause for the day ahead, Silas brings warmth, honesty, and a touch of nostalgia to every episode.

This is a podcast for early mornings, late nights, and anyone who needs a calm voice in a loud world.

We need new leaders, leaders that represent US, THE PEOPLE.
