Paul chose Timothy to serve alongside him in ministry. He provides the example for our ministry leaders who should look out in the church and choose others to serve alongside them. Everyone is gifted with different spiritual gifts, talents, and abilities. If you are chosen to serve by a leader do not push them off. They can see your potential and want to help you do the good works God has planned for you.
