    Two dogs were recently rescued at New Haven's East Rock park, by New Haven firefighters. Assistant Chief Danny Coughlin was on the phone with Chaz and AJ to explain how the dogs were spotted 40 feet below the top of the cliff, and had to be brought up by rope by their special operations team.
