  • Episode 9: Adam Is Cancelled - AEW Dynamite/Collision, ROH HonorClub
    2026/01/13

Join us as we perfect our alchemy rave hands and discuss AEW Dynamite (January 7), Collision (January 10), and Ring of Honor HonorClub #149 (January 8).

[00:50] NJPW WrestleKingdom 20: We caught up! Just a few words about how lovely Tanahashi’s retirement match and ceremony were.

[01:36] AEW Dynamite recap introduction, complete with car alarms and Jim Ross-related rants. Whoops. We meet Davis & Doyle, watch Mox get tossed around by Shelty B, and suggest hide-and-seek hints for Darby Allin.

[08:06] Dynamite continued: Jack Perry & The Young Bucks vs. The Demand, who are demanding to know who farted. Building toward tag team chaos, perhaps? Plus: the déjà-vu return of Andrade El Ídolo! A healthy sprinkle of salt on behalf of the Bang Bang Gang!

[16:32] Willow Nightingale celebrates her TBS Championship: with cake, naturally! Mercedes gets some cake. Kat makes plans for her birthday and shares a joke from an old friend.

[20:04] The promos continue! Mark Briscoe addresses us from the chicken farm, and we discuss what Hechicero means to us. Thekla and the Triangle of Madness read Kris Statlander for filth.

[21:34] Sammy Guevara (and the other ROH guys) put pressure on Bandido. We have a cold take on the 21-plex, and then take it back. MJF and Jon Cruz provide valuable interpretation services. Cue the X-Files theme, because we want to believe… in Bandido! A treatise on doomerism and a shout-out to Carol Sturka are also involved, somehow.

[33:36] Toni Storm (in her pink-and-white playsuit era) vs. Marina Shafir and her misbehaving sons! We talk potential Death Riders/Conglomeration stories and get pretty deep into bi visibility/panic, queer representation and male intimacy, and what we think is really going on with Toni, Mina, and Orange. Kat demurs on Adam’s line of questioning.

[45:07] The Bastard Pac is… the most normal and polite character on Dynamite this week? Darby Allin says: with faces like these, who needs heels?

[47:22] Lights Out! Hangman Adam Page & Swerve Strickland take on Hook & Powerhouse Hobbs. Is revenge exacted? Did that sicko drink a bunch of backwash with his beer? What are Swerve’s true intentions? We ask the important questions and don’t have any answers.

[56:07] AEW Collision recap: The Death Riders mix it up with SkyFlight, including their newest member, Zayda Steel! We spend some time hyping up Dante and Darius Martin, talking about Mox’s vision, and speculating that Pac vs. Darby will be much more than meets the eye.

[1:03:52] Collision continued: Roddy still thinks he’s not conglomerating (a theological analysis). Brody King squashes someone so fast, we have no idea who got squashed. El Clon and Komander dazzle us with incredible lucha libre! Mina Shirakawa and Lady Frost put some mustard on it, and we decide Mina’s secret admirer should be the most dramatic option imaginable! Mercedes Moné bids farewell for now to AEW, and we take the opportunity to throw some well-deserved shade at Matt Cardona.

[1:11:55] TNT Championship: Mark Briscoe vs. Hechicero, an absolute ripper!

[1:15:15] Collision continued: why are the Grizzled Young Veterans so mad at Eddie Kingston again? The Cosmic Babes of Wrath throw a trios party with Hyan, Maya World, and VertVixen! Stat talks shit. Adam gets cancelled. Don Callis and Kyle Fletcher begin to clear the air, and we are very excited about what might come next. We wax enthusiastic about JetSpeed, Anthony Bowens and The Demand (and talk scissoring diagrams).

[1:27:01] Ring of Honor chat: Ace Austin vs. Aaron Solo, the new members of SkyFlight and CRU, and some mysterious words from our Forever Champion, Athena. Lee Moriarty & Trish Adora need to tag together again immediately! Dalton Castle & The Outrunners take on the Fart House, and Taya Valkyrie wonders why Red Velvet is ignoring her from three feet away. MxM Collection gets fed to the Von Erichs, for some reason. We have some opinions about the ROH men’s singles and tag team title scenes!

  • Episode 8: Crashouts and Glowups - AEW Worlds End, Dynamite/Collision, Ring of Honor
    2026/01/06

Join us as we ring in 2026 with a discussion of AEW Worlds End (December 27), New Years Smash (December 31), and Collision (January 3) as well as Ring of Honor’s YouTube special episode (December 30) and HonorClub #148 (January 1).

[00:58] Worlds End: How do we think it compared to other recent AEW PPVs?

[02:21] Zero Hour matches and ensuing storylines: Sisters of Sin vs. the All Elite Hyan & Maya World, Eddie Kingston clashes with the Grizzled Young Vets, El Clon leaps from the dark web, Luchasaurus gets barricaded… and who put that bounty on JetSpeed’s heads?!

[15:38] C2 Semifinals! The hot and spicy drama continues with Okada vs. Takeshita and Moxley vs. Fletcher.

[24:51] AEW Men’s and Women’s Tag Team Championship matches and the state of the tag title scene, featuring the Little Table That Could! Where the hell was Ace Austin? Mercedes and Athena are no match for the Babes of Wrath, probably because they’re not in matching gear!

[35:24] Death Rider Derangement! Gabe Kidd vs. Darby Allin did about what we expected, but Mixed Nuts Mayhem fulfilled all our hopes and dreams. Plus, Mixed Nuts Redux from Dynamite, a preview of Toni Storm vs. Marina Shafir, throuple trouble brewing courtesy of Citrus Boy, and who truly strikes fear in the heart of Claudio Castagnoli.

[50:50] The Mercedes Moné crashout continues, culminating in the main event of 2025 and a NEW TBS Champion, Willow Nightingale!

[54:47] Women’s World Championship: Kris Statlander vs. Jamie Hayter knocked our blocks off. What’s next for the women’s singles division?

[58:45] C2 Final: Mox vs. Okada in a first-time singles matchup! Shock and awe (and our smug, know-it-all nonsense)! What does this mean for Mox and the Death Riders? How about the Don Callis Family?

[1:11:53] Men’s World Championship: MJF grabs the gold and begins a new reign. We have some opinions about how that came to pass and what might happen next! We talk Kenny Omega, Hangman and Swerve, Bandido and Brody, hot potatoes, and playful predictions for practically all our top guys.

[1:39:51] Ring of Honor chat: More Hammerstein hijinks, featuring tons of local talent and Charles Mason’s bitey ROH singles debut! (and the crowd goes wild!) The Grinch (MxM TV) is righteously vanquished to cap off the holiday season.

[1:51:45] Looking forward: the importance of composting! We start dipping our toes into NJPW for the first time! Also: who has two thumbs and is semi-impulsively going to Revolution?! (this guy)

  • Episode 7: You Good? - AEW Dynamite on 34th St, Christmas Collision, Worlds End Preview
    2025/12/27

Join us as we finally get to exhale and spill all the tea about this week’s AEW shows from the Hammerstein Ballroom (December 24 & 25). We talk crowd vibes, secret edits, and all the fun things that didn’t make it to the broadcast. We also touch on what to look forward to in Ring of Honor’s Boxing Day Brawl (December 26), and give our thoughts and predictions for AEW Worlds End (December 27).

[0:51] The vibes at the Hammerstein! How did our experience compare to our recent trips to the 2300 Arena and Full Gear?

[2:54] Dynamite on 34th St: We go through the C2 matches (Orange Cassidy vs. Konosuke Takeshita, Roddy Strong vs. Máscara Dorada, Pac vs. Jack Perry), MJF’s squash match followed by Hangman and Swerve’s epic clapback, Mina Shirakawa vs. Marina Shafir (or: Minarina Shafirakawa), and the Dynamite Diamond Ring final (Ricochet vs. Bandido). Chaos in the Gold League! Also: did we boo Stoke so hard they cut his promo? Is Kenny Omega finally going to make an honest man of Kota Ibushi?! Was that Charles Mason getting decked by Hangman?!?!?

[33:45] Christmas Collision: Chock full of high-stakes C2 action! Six matches (Jack Perry vs. Kyle Fletcher in a battle of nasty boys, Konosuke Takeshita vs. Máscara Dorada, Roddy Strong vs. Claudio Castagnoli, Pac vs. Kevin Knight, Orange Cassidy vs. Jon Moxley, and Speedball Mike Bailey vs. Kazuchika Okada) determine the final matches for Worlds End. We also get the Babes of Wrath vs. Hyan & Maya World, Mark Briscoe’s trademark chivalry, Gabe Kidd in goblin mode, and a secret botch!

[57:16] Ring of Honor chat: No spoilers, but we talk a little bit about what to look forward to in the Boxing Day Brawl and thank Tony Khan for booking a ton of local NYC-area talent for the Hammerstein.

[1:00:00] Worlds End preview! We toss out our apostrophe key and dive into the drama. Will the Mixed Nuts actually produce Mayhem? Can we stop meta-booking FTR already?! Will Samoa Joe retain the Men’s World Championship? Will Jamie Hayter prevail and whip the Women’s World Championship off Kris Statlander? Most importantly, we have some very spicy takes on the C2 (semi-)finals and where all the storylines might go from here.

  • Episode 6: Protect Ya Neck! - AEW Holiday Bash, ROH Global Wars, Hammerstein Preview
    2025/12/23

Join us as we feverishly record in between trips to the Hammerstein Ballroom. Fear not, this is a NO SPOILERS podcast! We’ll talk AEW Dynamite and Collision Holiday Bash from Manchester (December 17 and 20), ROH Global Wars UK (December 18), and the AEW Dark Stocking Stuffer (December 16). We’ll also talk about a few things we missed last week.

[03:02] Breaking news: Chuck Taylor’s surprise neck surgery! A lot of wrestling fans have a lot of questions. Kat shares some professional wisdom on cervical spine surgery and compares and contrasts Chuckie’s social media surgery pics with Will Ospreay’s. We talk donor bone (phrasing!), hardware, and gnarly bruises.

[11:04] What’d we miss? We go over a few highlights of AEW Winter Is Coming Dynamite and Collision (December 10 and 13), including the inaugural women’s tag champs Babes of Wrath, waking up the neighborhood for Speedball Mike Bailey vs. Kyle Fletcher, Hangman’s tension with Swerve, an awkward beer pour, building Stat vs. Hayter, and what to do if someone gets you in a tombstone and you don’t wanna be there.

[23:24] A pair of sweet BritWres collaborative treats: AEW Dark Stocking Stuffer and ROH Global Wars UK! We don’t know all of you, but we were very happy to see all of you. Surprise Nigel is best Nigel!

[29:03] AEW Holiday Bash: Dynamite and Collision, both chock-full of glorious C2 action! Mercedes and Athena take on the world while the Bang Bang Gang takes on FTR. You’ll never guess how we felt about the MJF promo – but don’t worry, we put ourselves on an egg timer (and overcooked the eggs). Paul Turner earns his NYC reception. Triller is a disaster. RevPro has a title change! Tons of speculation on the saga of Okada and Takeshita. And what should Mox call his face faction?

[1:17:00] A bit of looking forward to AEW Dynamite on 34th St and Christmas Collision at Hammerstein Ballroom (again, NO SPOILERS). Prepare to feast, friends!

  • Episode 5: Too Many Graps - ROH Final Battle, AEW Dynamite/Collision, Indie Wrestling
    2025/12/10

Join us as we struggle with illness and home heating drama, but manage to take time to talk about Ring of Honor’s YouTube special (December 2), HonorClub Episode 144 (December 4), and Final Battle (December 5), AEW Dynamite (December 3), AEW Collision (December 6), GCW Say You Will (December 5), and assorted treats from CMLL and the indies!

[01:15] Quick recap: The Death Riders visit CMLL for Viernes Espectacular (November 28) and behave badly. It’s not hip to be gobernable. Claudio Castagnoli gets manhandled (and gets the gold)! Difunto gets his kicks in.

[07:12] A huge week for Ring of Honor, culminating in Final Battle! We bring you the highlights from the ROH YouTube special and this week’s HonorClub before a full recap of Final Battle. Will Dalton Castle nab the AEW National Championship? Which pure wrestlers will reign supreme? Is this the beginning of the Mercedes Moné crashout era? Will Bandido survive five other impressive men trying to eliminate him? Plus, Kat has a spicy take on the ROH women’s world championship title match and forever championships.

[59:22] AEW Dynamite and Collision recap: We walk story by story through the various feuds and friendships of AEW. On the men’s title scene, Eddie Kingston prepares to take on Samoa Joe while Swerve Strickland and Hangman Adam Page continue their silent partnership. We sit awhile in the C2 Corner, where Jack Perry will be replacing Darby Allin and the Death Riders, Conglomeration, and Don Callis Family weave an unholy braid. The women’s roster enjoys a Hardcore Holiday Deathmatch and a champagne toast, while Jamie Hayter & Kris Statlander forge a temporary bond to take down the Triangle of Madness. All the mid-level championships are in play!

[1:48:32] A visit to the indies for some much-needed nonsense! “Fancy” Ryan Clancy gets a little heely defending his IWTV title and Effy establishes his own crashout era on GCW Say You Will. We enjoy some intergender sicko stuff to cap off our week.

  • Episode 4: We Were There! - AEW Full Gear & JCW Home for the Holidays
    2025/11/30

Join us as we share our audience experiences from a crazy sickos’ weekend! We’ll also talk about the Thanksgiving episodes of AEW Dynamite and Collision (November 26 & 27) and Ring of Honor HonorClub Episode 143 (November 28), speculate on the Continental Classic, and give a preview of ROH Final Battle.

[1:00] A brief overview of our Jersey weekend, which included our first AEW pay-per-view event as well as our first indie show! Are wrestling fans as stinky as they say? What’s a Brazilian hot dog, anyway?

[03:12] Full Gear storylines and their Dynamite/Collision fallout: The Young Bucks reunite with Kenny Omega, the Casino Gauntlet/National Championship and Ricochet’s obnoxious champ era, the women’s four-way stipulation stipulation (and Toni Storm destroying/impregnating Mox and Marina), Sisters of Sin vs. Babes of Wrath on Dynamite, Boom & Doom vs. Rocky Romero & our close personal friend Trent Beretta, Bang Bang Boglehead Gang, the devastation of Brodido’s loss to FTR and speculation on the men’s tag division…

[31:06] AEW Women’s World Championship: a great match between Kris Statlander and Mercedes Moné, with a heaping serving of crowd misogyny. Kat tries to balance match talk with ranting, to mixed success. Then, Thekla vs. Tay Melo and Red Velvet’s promo on Collision lead us to more women’s title scene talk.

[43:20] AEW Men’s World Championship: we’ve all been going through it! The crowd experience of a shocking upset and even more shocking conclusion to Full Gear. We talk a lot about our feelings and about things that glimmer in the dark. Also: phrasing!, Eddie Kingston’s stages of grief, and Al-Anon fodder.

[1:03:42] It’s Continental Classic time!!! Now that we’ve figured out what it means and are appropriately hyped, we talk about the Full Gear matches involving the C2 participants and discuss the events of the first week of the C2 on Dynamite and Collision. Protokada?! Protoshita?!? Hard times for the babyface gang, but oh my GOD, Kevin Knight! Also, a detour about Mark Briscoe’s dinner plans, and a special chant for Mox.

[1:42:30] Ring of Honor Final Battle preview! Who will challenge Ricochet for his shiny new belt? Will Athena vanquish Persephone? How about Bandido defending his title in a six-man elimination match? Why no Swirl? As always, we talk about the pure rules division… now with surprise Nigel McGuinness!

[1:56:45] JCW Home for the Holidays: our first indie wrestling experience, at ringside! We had an absolute blast and learned a lot about the sacred duty of wrestling spectatorship. We also determine the appropriate thirst level for discussing Charles Mason, share the joy of cheering with little girls and nearly being ended by a flying Lee Moriarty, and engage in some absurd fantasy booking.
