A genuine compliment takes just a few seconds, but the impact can last all day.
In this episode of Moments That Matter, we’re talking about the power of noticing the people around us. It could be as simple as, “I love that color on you,” “Your hair looks amazing,” or “That was such a great idea.”
I share a simple challenge inspired by Darren Hardy: put three coins in your pocket and move one to the other pocket every time you give someone a genuine compliment. Before long, you’ll find yourself naturally looking for the good in people—and the good all around you.
We also talk about the other side of compliments: learning how to receive them. Sometimes a simple “thank you” is all you need.
Because when you start noticing people, something amazing happens…
They light up. And so do you.
Your challenge this week? Three coins. Three compliments. And see how many people you can make smile.
