Maybe you already know all about chakras and that's very cool – how do these help with mindset? If yours are balanced and healthy you can think more clearly and positively – some have said that if you manage you aura, your chakras, meditate a bit daily, and speak positively to yourself, you are all set for a good life.
In case these are new to you – chakra are energy wheels, energy vortices that translate down frequencies of energies from the cosmic web, the field, Source, God, and so on.
So, for example, energies that relate to safety, survival, housing, shelter, Maslov's hierarchy of needs kinds of things, fight, fligh freeze, fawn and such.…so there are positive aspects to a balanced chakra, and if they get out of whack, get cloudy, a bit blocked, you can be unbalanced.
A healthy root chakra, which appears as red on the energy scale, is bright red and big when you feel safe and sound – you are fed, warm and feel a sense of belonging, and when you feel insecure, desperate, wanting – that chakra can use some clearing.
