This Monday night livestream from Celebration, Florida covers the week of November 3, 2025, bringing viewers comprehensive updates on community events, real estate market trends, and local happenings in the town that Disney built. The broadcast opens with reflections on Halloween, which saw over 5,000 trick-or-treaters visiting homes throughout the community.

The Boy Scouts are conducting their annual food drive this week, with volunteers placing bags on doorknobs throughout Celebration neighborhoods. Residents are encouraged to fill these bags with non-perishable items, canned goods, peanut butter, and canned fish with oils. The Boy Scouts will return Saturday, November 8th by 8:00 AM to collect donations from front porches, supporting families in need throughout the community.

Artisan Park Clubhouse hosts an adults-only event Friday, November 7th from 5-8 PM, welcoming all Celebration residents. Attendees are asked to bring cozy socks and gift card donations to local establishments like Target, Chick-fil-A, and Scoop Ice Cream. This rare opportunity allows non-Artisan Park residents to experience the exclusive clubhouse facilities.

The Celebration Garden Club is accepting orders for holiday poinsettias through mid-November at celebrationgardenclub.org, with pickup scheduled for December 4th. These spectacular, oversized poinsettias have become a community tradition.

Founders Day weekend celebrations mark the 29th anniversary of Celebration, with the 30th anniversary planned for 2026. The Veterans Day parade begins Saturday, November 8th at 10:30 AM near Lakeside Park, followed by a flag ceremony at Founders Park at 11:00 AM beside the K-8 school. The community town photo takes place at 11:45 AM downtown. Friday night features a Motown band concert at Lakeside Park from 6-9 PM.

The Embrace Music Festival is scheduled for November 15th from noon to 9:00 PM at Lakeside Park. This charitable event supports Betina's organization, which provides meals and assistance to families staying in motels along Highway 192. The festival features multiple musicians and raises funds to continue the peanut butter sandwich program that has expanded into a comprehensive community support initiative.

The Celebration Foundation's Sparkle Soiree VIP reception occurs Friday, December 5th from 6-10 PM at Artisan Park Clubhouse, featuring decorated trees, wreaths, and holiday decorations created by talented local artists. Tickets are available at celebrationfoundation.org. The Holiday Home Tour follows December 6th (noon-7 PM) and December 7th (11 AM-5 PM), showcasing beautifully decorated homes throughout Celebration.

Real estate market updates reveal 109 active listings with 13 new properties in the past week, including significant new construction in Island Village Phase 2. Seven properties went pending, with four total sales closed, including three new construction homes. The only resale property sold was brought by team member Virginia Carlson (Cinderelli), demonstrating strong market activity despite typical October slowdowns.
