  • Real Life Shit
    2026/07/12

The grind of life while trying to stay present offline istough. Having to take my own advice was something I feel like the higher power wanted me to do, a reminder that I need to practice what I preach.

Five months of consistent work. Putting in time, building thebrand, staying consistent. And not seeing the traction match the effort. That takes a toll.

In this one I get into the field goal that keeps moving back, never having that one thing I felt truly passionate about my whole life, and what I'm building toward and why.

New game plan. I'm doing me for now. No more chasing thealgorithm. Just staying consistent and doing what I can humanly do.

This is real life shit. No filter. No coaching. Just somebodyliving it and talking about it.

If you ride with me cool. If not, that's cool too.

  • Nobody Taught Us How to Break
    2026/06/25

Nobody taught us how to break. Not stop, not quit justactually put it down without feeling like the world is passing you by.

I get into why the system was built to keep you exhausted, what COVID cracked open that can't be put back, and why a whole generation never learned that rest is not weakness.

This one's personal. No clean solution. Just real talk fromsomebody living it.

Shoutout to Trayda — Pressure and Kirk Franklin — Over. Those two songs have kept me going. Go find them.

If you ride with me, cool. If not, that's cool too.

  • Nothing's Ever Enough
    2026/06/14

That feeling of nothing ever being enough — in the grind, in relationships, in your own head. I get into where that hunger comes from, what it costs when you pour into people and it still ain't enough, and how I come back when the doubt gets loud.

No filter. No coaching. Just somebody living it and talking about it.

If you ride with me cool. If not that's cool too.

  • They Only Hear What They Want
    2026/06/07

I tried to put a young dude on game, money, saving, building a future before life gets complicated. Real wisdom. Thirty minutes of actual knowledge. Out of everything I said… the only thing he took from it was older women and to go buy some lube. I can’t make this up. This episode is about planting seeds even when people only hear what they want to hear.

  • The Open Door Policy
    2026/05/31

I’ve been loyal my whole life and kept getting the short end. In this episode I’m talking about what that loyalty cost me, why I don’t really have friends, and the two policies I live by that saved my peace. The open door and the car. If you been the one who always shows up for people who don’t show up for you this one’s going to hit different. This been Catching Life’s Strays.

  • Burnt Out, Not Lazy
    2026/05/24

You have been calling yourself lazy when really you been running on empty. In this episode I’m breaking down the real difference between laziness and burnt out because people mix these up all the time including about themselves. I get into my oilfield story, what it did to me mentally, why looking at the whole project at once will bury you before you even start, and what I told a homie who was working himself into the ground chasing a goal. If you have been going hard and feel like you have got nothing left this one for you. Pace yourself. This been Catching Life’s Strays.

  • The Ugly Middle — Nobody Talks About This Part
    2026/05/17

You ever feel like you are stuck in the middle of something and don't even know if it's working? That's where I have been. In this episode I'm talking about the ugly middle that space between where you started and where you're trying to go. The part nobody puts in their highlight reel. I get into the real cost of building something from nothing, why people make success look easy when it's not, and the wins you've been walking past without even realizing it. If you have been grinding with nothing to show for it yet this one's for you.

  • Trying to Build a Life Outside of Work While Still Surviving Work
    2026/05/07

In this first real episode of Catching Life’s Strays, I talk about trying to build a life outside of work while still surviving work at the same time. From long warehouse shifts, pressure, family responsibilities, depression, anxiety, and trying to become more than just a worker, this episode is really just an honest conversation about what life feels like when you’re trying to build something bigger while still handling everyday reality.

No fake motivation. No pretending to have all the answers. Just real thoughts from somebody figuring life out in real time.
