In this episode Cheryl digs a little deeper into managing and preventing the overwhelm. In and through Him we can find the help we need to manage all that life throws at us. Finding the help we all really need to be strong in moments of weakness, peaceful in times of uncertainty and compassionate in times of overwhelm. 
 

After two weeks of reminding people that the healthcare system isn't designed to be ALL the pieces of the caregiving puzzle, through an extremely personal and relevant experience Cheryl challenges the healthcare professionals to remember, why! Why they became a part of healthcare... and remind everyone that you don't need a physician's order to care or be compassionate! It's all the pieces of the puzzle coming together with people who care with a foundation of love that makes the puzzle a beautiful picture. 

It's time for us to rise up and be the difference. We are called to come alongside those who need help, those who are hurting, and struggling, those who are caring for others, but need our help to do so! As a continuation of last week's episode Cheryl digs a little deeper into how we can come alongside and be the difference. She pulls back the curtain and reveals to us, what home health, hospice and personal care can do, how it works, etc. and then helps us to see, wow, there really is a need for us as well.
