Yes. But you only get to go during work hours if you don't have three hours in a row to vote. 7am - 4:30 = No because polls close at 8pm. 6:30am to 6:30pm = Yes because you would need to vote from 5pm to 8pm to have three hours.

Here is my process for going through the mail in ballot. I knew how I was going to vote based on reading the questions and deliberating. Took me 8 minutes. If you want to get your mail in ballot, you have unitl Sept 25, 2026.

As we enter into negotiations I want you to think about the things that go against the collective agreement. Could be a rule you bend, or the corporation ignores. A stipulation that alone doesn't really change anything but collectively could cause harm down the road. Eventually it is found out and either stopped immediately or it gets a discussion. Based on how widely successful it is or how detrimental it could be if other knew it existed. Sometimes it just sits there quietly not hurting anyone.
