In this life we have big choices and one of those choices begins with where do I want to stand with my story, In the lightness or in the heavy darkness? Walking through my experience with divorce I'll say -we chose, the "wasband" and myself, to navigate this time towards the lighter tones. Join me as I walk through my POV on divorce as I find a way to lighten the heavy load of this difficult journey and make peace with it, move forward, and relearn how to love the “new” layers within our relationship, post divorce. I talk about the in-between stages of letting go and understanding that those moments and memories only remind us of our capacity to love another human being.

Welcome back to the podcast Marisa Jaramillo! Lots has changed since last seasons interview including countries! We go back to her roots, coming to you all the way from Colombia 🇨🇴 and talk all things new! A husband, a new country of residence and finding new ground without that immediate support system and navigating her new digital media company with her business partner from abroad. She’s climbing and finding her new way through... quite literally she took me up a very steep mountain and made me go with on this visit. After all she was my fitness coach at one point!- from fitness to friends.

CWJ is back!! The intro EP into Season 3 I welcome my long term- long distance gal pal Kinga Czekaj to the CWJ podcast. We talk about , college at FIT, love, life, children, friendship and seeing through a traumatic event such as 9/11 in NYC together in 2001.
