Welcome to Day 2 of Camper Camp! In this morning meeting, the crew gathers once again inside the vintage trailer to reflect on personal anecdotes, shop safety, and the practical realities of construction. From discussing home projects and neighborhood safety to planning electrical, plumbing, and layout logistics, the team shares insights on trades, business models, and working smartly in the shop.

In this episode, the team discusses:

• School Life, Discipline & Community: Reflections on old school fire safety standards, student responsibilities like driving buses, and fostering a collaborative, focused environment.

• Trade Education & Business Models: Brainstorming how trade schools can structure hands-on projects to generate revenue, value pricing for skilled trades, and why hands-on experience matters.

• Plumbing, Heating & Camper Layouts: Planning hot water heater placements, interior cabinet storage, water tank weight distribution, and evaluating heating requirements.

• Job Site Safety & Lessons Learned: Real-world safety rules, looking out for crew members, using personal protective equipment, and sharing close-call stories from operating heavy machinery.
