They'd crossed the sea to find him, but Jesus knew exactly why. Not because they believed in him, but because they ate their fill. This past Sunday in John 6:1-14 we looked at the feeding of the 5000. A crowd of thousands witnessed an incredible miracle. But they missed the point. They wanted what Jesus could give them, they didn't want Jesus himself. In fact, we all do that. But Jesus came to give us something far greater than a miracle. He came to deal with our greatest problem.
