  • A People Who Struggle to Believe
    2026/04/28

In this episode, we step into the boat with the disciples in Mark 6 and come face-to-face with a sobering reality: even those closest to Christ can struggle to believe.

As the storm rages, everything changes the moment Jesus enters their situation—“and the wind ceased.” His presence brings peace. But instead of resting in that truth, the disciples are overwhelmed, amazed, and still missing what’s right in front of them.

We trace this tension through Scripture—back to Psalm 16, where David declares unwavering trust in a preserving God, and forward to Acts 2, where that same promise is fulfilled in the resurrection of Christ. In His presence, there is stability, hope, and fullness of joy… yet the disciples struggle to grasp it.

    Why?

    Because they forgot.

They forgot His power. They forgot His presence. They forgot His provision.

And in that forgetfulness, their hearts grew hard.

This episode draws a straight line from the disciples in the storm, to Israel in the wilderness, and ultimately to us today. How often do we stand amazed at what God has done, yet still live as though He cannot handle what we’re facing now?

If you’ve ever wrestled with doubt, felt your faith weaken under pressure, or caught yourself thinking, “God can’t…”—this message is for you.

Join us as we uncover the danger of unbelief, the subtle drift toward a hardened heart, and the call to daily trust the One who is always present, always powerful, and always faithful.

  • Genesis: The Fear of Man
    2026/04/13

In Genesis 26:6–12, we find Isaac repeating the same fear-driven choices once made by his father Abraham. Fear of wicked men and fear for his own life led Isaac to sacrifice truth and character. Yet even in his failure, God remained faithful and merciful.

In this message, we look at how the fear of man becomes a snare, how fearing for our own mortality can cloud our integrity, and how God’s mercy meets us even when our decisions fall short. From Isaac’s dishonesty to God’s unexpected protection and abundant provision, Scripture reminds us that the Lord is faithful even when His people are fearful.

As we close, we reflect on the question: What fears tempt us toward moral compromise today—and how does God’s mercy lead us back to faithfulness?

  • For Thine Own Sake: Daniel’s Prayer of Intercession
    2026/04/09

In Daniel 9, the prophet finds himself wrestling with a spiritual dilemma—Jeremiah’s prophecy pointed to Israel’s captivity ending soon, yet Daniel’s own visions revealed that more world empires still had to rise and fall. Confused and burdened, Daniel turns not to speculation, but to prayer.

This episode explores Daniel’s powerful intercession in verse 19: “O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do; defer not…” We walk through Daniel’s humble requests, his honest confession of sin, and his plea for divine intervention rooted not in Israel’s worthiness, but in God’s mercy.

Most importantly, we consider Daniel’s motive—“for Thine own sake.” His heart beats for God’s glory, God’s city, and God’s people. Even in rebellion, Israel still belonged to the Lord, and Daniel prays on the basis of covenant, not performance.

This message calls us to pray the same way today: for backslidden believers, struggling churches, wandering youth, weary leaders, and a spiritually drifting nation. We intercede not because God’s people are deserving, but because God is merciful and His Name is on them.

May our prayers echo Daniel’s heart: bold in confession, anchored in God’s character, and aimed at His glory alone.
