In today’s episode "Calling Out Your Bullsh*t: Accountability in Friendships, Leveling Up, and Healing the Soul Through Play," I am joined in the virtual studio by the radiant Kate Pezzuti. She's the host of the your dream life coach podcast and when she isn't recording; you can find her traveling, shuffling, and leading women through healing and expansion. This girl has such a powerful voice and I loved hearing her unique perspectives. Today we covered all kinds of things but here are the highlights:

• holding your people accountable
• calling yourself out (in the kindest way)
• taking big moves to achieve big uplevels
• the importance of play
• how we can heal our inner child through play and creation
• standing up for yourself
• friends that help you grow VS friends who keep you small
