    Sunday 26th July 2026 - This Sunday we continue our Formed in the Wilderness series with guest speaker Johnny Griffiths speaking out of Mark 6:30-32 on Invitation to the Wilderness. Johnny reflects on Jesus’ invitation to come away and rest, reminding us that true rest is found not simply in escape from work, grief or disappointment, but in staying with Jesus and learning His rhythms of solitude, community and trust.


    Johnny and his wife, Sarah, have recently established Wilderland Ministries which has purchased a property just outside Callander as a retreat space for Christian cross-cultural workers. Their heart is to provide a place of rest, care and spiritual renewal, helping missionaries slow down, receive the love and goodness of Jesus, and be strengthened to continue in their calling.
