Today we're speaking all about repeating unhealthy cycles and why this happens in our life. Whether it's finding ourselves in toxic relationships, gravitating towards people who end up hurting us or our own responses to situations, God allows it.. right?

But that's often not how we see it. We tend to be engulfed in shame, in guilt and disappointment in ourselves without realising that God wants us to learn from it rather than condemning us and expecting us to make "every right decision".

I'm speaking from experience in this episode and revelation that I believe God has been teaching me through person struggles - but as always, I encourage you to take it all back to God & allow Him to speak directly into your situation. But I pray this ep gives you comfort ♡

Today, we're speaking about HEALING. From heartbreak, from betrayal, just healing. It's not aesthetic, it's not pretty - more often than not, it's crying on our bedroom floor or in our bed wondering why we had to experience that level of hurt, especially when it's at the hands of someone we had so much love for.

But the Word says, that God is close to the brokenhearted.

I've experienced that first hand through this journey, and I hope that being honest and sharing my experience will bring you comfort and strength knowing that God is close to you too.

Just know that healing isn't linear, you don't need to heal within a certain timeframe and you're not a loser for still feeling that pain, you're just human ♡
