I'm so glad that she is sharing her journey to uplift others who may not be ablet to quite identify what areas in which they need assistance, guiding them to a place where it all makes sense. Also a supreme Master Teacher that has helped me shed light and identify my dark moments and get closer to my best life recently ended her run of an Iconic show Iyanla: Fix My Life- Ms. Iyanla Vanzant (Twitter: @IyanlaVanzant) is a remarkable force in healing and enforcing that you "Do Your Work" "Trust The Process" "Stand In Your Truth" This Queen Mother has helped restore faith in black families and showed that through trials we can be triumphant!

Hey what's up everyone! Been a good ole minute since we last spoke but...I have to check in on my peeps and make sure you're good. Just leaving with a few words of hope, love, and restoring faith in self confidence of the better days that are coming our way! Stay safe world I will see you all soon and will be leaving more positive messages even if I don't post a full episode!

Welcome to another amazing episode and yes I know you're like what hell is with the name Sit Ya Ass Down!! Well I said what I said! LOL but no seriously in order for us to bring the spread of this virus to an end we need to be proactive in making sure that we are following the mandates given. It's hard yes but you're protecting not only yourself but your friends and family. With so many battles spiritually and mentally going on we can't lose the sight of the normalcy that we all need at this time! I also spoke about how the pandemic has screwed up so much but especially the entertainment industry...good conversation I promise!

Look who is back! ME! Sharing a personal testimony of growth looking back on how it all began, how it went, and how it's going now. I can't say that it was easy but it was made possible by faith in God, learning how to step out of my own way, and answering the call that I tried so hard to ignore.
