This is Day 1 of my 100 Days of YouTube challenge, where I'm documenting what it actually looks like to build a business out loud while living in a different country, being married, homeschooling my daughter, and trying to build something meaningful.

I built my first fitness business in a completely different season of life.

I was single. I could work all day, stay up late, learn, experiment, and grind whenever I wanted.

That's not my life anymore.

Now I'm married. I have two daughters. I'm homeschooling my youngest. I live in another country. And legacy, family, health, and how I spend my time matter a lot more to me than they did 10 years ago.

So I'm learning how to build a business that actually fits my life instead of building a life around my business.
