    Today I want to talk openly about my thoughts on using an injection for the use of weight loss. These are my personal opinions and experiences only as I am not a medical doctor!


    We need to feel empowered to make our own medical decisions with our doctor and not feel judged or criticized, especially by people in the health & wellness space. I've personally used Mounjaro & Semi-glutide as has a few of my family members. I also have clients who use Ozempic. I believe there is a time and a place for medical means and needs, but I also believe that learning and hard work need to be put in for sustainable results for a long term lifestyle.

    Tell me if this sounds familiar…You start eating better, maybe even exercising, and believing you can really do it this time. Then you step on the scale and there’s little to no change. A little tiny seed has been planted and starts to grow in the back of your mind. You believe that what you’re doing isn’t working and before you know it, you’ve sabotaged it all. Realizing that the scale is a tool that offers data that you can measure and does NOT define your self-worth is one of the keys to long term success. I used to feel like such a failure if I stepped on the scale and it went up, even half a pound. I would beat myself up for days, feeling defeated as if it somehow said something about my self-worth, and pretty soon I’d find myself completely off the wagon. That was until I worked on the real thing that was sabotaging my success. My mindset around the scale! Today I shared:
