Audrey has also finished High Lonesome and we discuss both races, as well as how she got into ultra running. Her story is inspiring, and shes looking to add more females to Hardrock! Lets Go!

John is from Topeka and in this episode, we discuss his upbringing with sports and getting into running through cross country. With a gap in running, he discovered OCR's and became a competitor. After running his first ultra via a virtual version of Worlds Toughest Mudder, he injured his knee and discovered gravel cycling where we discuss his racing in the top gravel biking event in the world, Unbound Gravel.

We talk so much more about balance, life, all the things.

It's only April, but she had put on multiple incredible performances from 150 miles at a backyard ultra in St Louis, to a 6hr 31min 50 miler at Prairie Spirit in March, which is a state record, to a 3:05 at the Boston Marathon!! She now has her eyes set on becoming the first Kansan to finish the Ouray 100, arguable the toughest mountain ultra in North America.We talk training, diet, and much more!
