I guide determined individuals seeking profound transformation: mindset, manifestation, and self-actualization.Limited spots available.See you soon. Regaining self-esteem is often imagined as a return, as if something intact had been lost and now awaits retrieval. But what is called “self-esteem” was never a stable possession. It is woven from the gaze of the Other, from the words that named you before you could speak, from the silent expectations that shaped your desire without your consent. You do not simply lack esteem. You are structured by a lack. The image you seek to restore is already an illusion, a construction assembled in the mirror of recognition. You learned to see yourself as worthy through reflections that were never neutral. Approval, rejection, admiration, indifference , these did not just pass over you; they inscribed themselves within you. What you now call your “self” is partly the echo of those inscriptions. To regain self-esteem, then, is not to inflate the ego or to decorate the image. It is to confront the fracture at its center. The discomfort you feel is not a failure to be corrected but a signal: you are divided between who you believe you should be and what you unconsciously desire. And desire does not obey your ideals. You may try to repair yourself by becoming more disciplined, more attractive, more accomplished. Yet each improvement risks tightening the trap, because it remains addressed to an invisible witness whose approval you still seek. You perform, hoping to finally coincide with the image that would make you whole. But that coincidence never arrives. The turning point comes when you stop asking, “How can I be enough?” and begin to ask, “Enough for whom?”In that question, something shifts. The authority of the internalized gaze begins to loosen. You start to see that the standard you measure yourself against is not inherent, but inherited. It speaks through you, but it is not you.Self-esteem is not regained by filling the lack, but by recognizing that the lack is constitutive. It is what allows movement, desire, creation. Without it, you would be fixed, closed, inert. So the work is not to become complete, but to tolerate incompleteness without collapsing into self-rejection. To speak in your own voice, even when it trembles. To act without waiting for full validation. To accept that your worth will never be fully secured in the eyes of others, nor even in your own.Paradoxically, it is in relinquishing the demand to be whole that a more stable form of esteem emerges , one that does not depend on constant confirmation, because it no longer seeks to erase what cannot be erased. You are not something to be repaired into perfection. You are something that speaks, desires, and transforms , precisely because you are not whole.
