  • AI Is Taking Over, Things That Aren’t Free Anymore & Made by BE Studios
    2026/09/10

    Thursday, September 10, 2026

Brock and Danielle are back together, and this episode starts with one of the most random questions yet: When you hit backspace, where do all those deleted letters actually go? Apparently, there’s a whole imaginary world of unemployed characters waiting to be typed again.

Brock also officially introduces Made by BE Studios, the newest arm of Brock Entertainment focused on podcast recording and production in Northwest Arkansas. From People of Northwest Arkansas and NWA Hard Knocks to the growing lineup of locally produced shows, Brock talks about how podcast production has grown into a business of its own.

Then it’s time to talk AI. Brock shares how he’s using it to build websites, work through thousands of songs for Sam’s Furniture Radio, organize music by genre and tempo, research potential clients, draft emails, and automate hours of work that used to be done manually. Danielle has a slightly more cautious approach, and the two debate just how much thinking we should actually hand over to technology.

Plus, what happened to all the things that used to be free? Airline bags, seat selection, concert tickets without ridiculous fees, Disney FastPass, pizza delivery, internet content, and even chips and salsa have somehow become another charge.

There’s also NFL talk, everyday inconveniences that drive us crazy, pumpkin spice season, celebrity news, a toddler who somehow knows more NFL quarterbacks than most adults, good news, weird facts, and plenty of the usual tangents.

AI, coffee, cars, football, pumpkin spice and the things that make everyday life unnecessarily complicated. Just another morning with Brock and Danielle.

  • Common Sense, Hard Knocks & a Run-In with Ted Bundy
    2026/09/08

    Monday, September 7, 2026

It’s a full house with Brock, Dana, and Amanda, and the question of the day is simple: How do you describe someone who just doesn’t have any common sense? From “not the brightest crayon in the box” to “couldn’t pour water out of a boot with instructions on the heel,” the insults get creative quickly.

Dana and Amanda also make a big announcement: NWA Hard Knocks is officially launching. They share why they created the podcast, their desire to spotlight Northwest Arkansas nonprofits, people who have overcome difficult circumstances, and organizations that could use more volunteers, funding, and attention.

Then the conversation takes a wild turn into true crime, including the unbelievable story of how Ashton’s grandmother was once approached by Ted Bundy in Utah and nearly got into his car before realizing something wasn’t right.

Plus, Dana shares her first-class flying experience and an absolutely bizarre trip to St. Augustine involving a starfish, a rocket launch, a deer watching from the beach, a baby sea turtle, and a close encounter with a snake.

There’s also Labor Day chaos, Family Feud, the hardest-working states in America, things that were supposed to be huge but completely flopped, celebrity gossip, parenting stories, ADHD tangents, weird news, and plenty of conversations that go exactly where you wouldn’t expect.

It’s common sense, true crime, new beginnings, weird stories, and a whole lot of laughs on Brock in the Morning.

  • From Pro Basketball to Music Producer: Meet Ian Carter
    2026/09/04

    Wednesday, September 2, 2026

Brock welcomes Ian Carter to the studio for his first-ever radio show and podcast appearance, and there’s a lot more to Ian than meets the eye.

At 6'8", Ian shares his journey from playing college basketball at Drury University to taking his career overseas, where basketball took him through Spain, Italy, Germany, Cameroon and Nigeria. He even got the chance to watch Kobe Bryant play with Team USA and see Lionel Messi and Neymar live in Barcelona.
These days, Ian has traded the basketball court for the recording studio, working as a music producer at Memento Studios in Springfield while living in Northwest Arkansas. He and Brock talk about chasing careers you actually love, the changing game of basketball, music, sports, life overseas and what eventually brought Ian home.

Of course, it’s still Brock in the Morning, so the conversation goes everywhere. They debate whether Thanksgiving really is the greatest holiday, tailgating versus watching the game at home, the rules of eating leftovers, Airbnb guests who forget they’re not alone, and the everyday activities that somehow qualify as extreme sports.

Plus, there’s weird news, random facts, celebrity gossip, good news, plenty of basketball talk, and Ian officially gets his first taste of being behind the microphone.

A former professional basketball player, a music producer, a 6'8" first-time radio guest, and four hours of completely unpredictable conversation. Welcome to the show, Ian Carter.
