Welcome to BRINGING THE ENERGY, the podcast that empowers performers, creatives, and women to build resilience, balance, and confidence from the inside out.

I’m your host, Katieanne Duncan-Bruce — an award-winning businesswoman, Certified Women’s Yoga Therapist & Wellness Coach, and lifelong creative with roots in dance, choreography, production, and yoga. My work weaves all of these worlds together to help you energise your mind, body, and life.

My journey has taken me through the highs of the performing arts world and the lows of burnout, self-doubt, and major surgery. From overcoming diastasis recti to rebuilding my confidence, retraining, and founding KDB Energy®, I've learned that energy, mindset, and self-compassion can transform everything — in performance, in business, and in life.

Now, I guide women, performers, and busy creatives to find balance, strength, and inner calm through my Energise Your Performance™ framework.

Each week, you’ll find meditations, empowering conversations, honest reflections, and expert collaborations — all designed to help you energise, reset, and rise.

If you’re ready to feel grounded, inspired, and supported… this is your space.
Let’s bring the energy — together.
