Clear skies right now and a beautiful fall day on tap. But the weather is quickly going to change and we could see quite a bit of rain over the next several days. What makes this so interesting though is where the rain is coming from! It doesn't happen super often, but Utah's going to get the remnants of Hurricane Rachel from the Pacific Ocean.
