In this episode, we start off with a cyclic sigh, and then do something a lil different. I feel inspired to step back into the breath workspace and offer my services SO piggy backing off our last episode with Tabatha DeBruyn, this episode is all about the breath with also a sprinkle of my story and how I was introduced to my healing journey and where I'm at now with it.
I got my certification as a Transformational Breathwork Coach back in 2023 through Breath Masters, and then I stepped away. I feel like it's time to come back.
