  • S3 Ep 6: Sometimes the Lesson Arrives Because the Person Left
    2026/08/15

What do relationships teach us after they end? In this episode of Breathe & Unpack, we unpack romantic relationships, friendships, family, work connections, closure, distance, grief, and personal growth. We talk about what becomes clearer after someone leaves, what we may still miss, and why the first lesson we take from an ending may not be the lesson we keep forever. 🤎

  • S3 Ep 5: Why Do We Think We’re the Exception?
    2026/07/16

I’ve always paid attention to how people treat other people.

Even when someone tells me, “I’d never do that to you,” a part of me always wonders…

    What makes me so different?

In this episode, we’re unpacking why we convince ourselves we’ll be the exception, the difference between a mistake and a pattern, what real change actually looks like, and how to protect your peace without becoming closed off to the world.

This isn’t about assuming the worst in people.

It’s about learning to trust consistent actions over comforting words, while still leaving room for genuine growth.

Maybe the goal isn’t becoming someone’s exception.

Maybe it’s finding people whose character doesn’t depend on who they’re standing in front of.

  • S3 Ep 4: Why Do We Romanticize The Past?
    2026/06/24

I didn’t realize how much I was doing it until I sat down to record this episode.

Lately, I’ve found myself looking back at old memories, old relationships, old friendships, old jobs, and even old versions of myself. Somewhere along the way, I started noticing how easy it is to remember the good parts while forgetting what made us leave, move on, or grow in the first place.

In this episode, we’re unpacking nostalgia, memory versus reality, heartbreak, friendship loss, childhood memories, familiar places, and the stories we sometimes rewrite in our minds without even realizing it.

Do we really miss the past?

Or do we miss who we were, how we felt, what we hoped would happen, or the version of the story we’ve created since then?

This conversation ended up being much more personal than I expected.

Take what you need, and leave the rest.
