Toxic relationships can leave wounds that go far beyond the relationship itself.
In this episode of Coffee With Cassie, I’m having an honest conversation about toxic relationship cycles, narcissistic behaviors, domestic violence, and the survival habits we can carry with us long after the relationship ends.
We’ll talk about why walking away can be so difficult, how survival mode can change the way we react and relate to others, and why accountability for our own healing doesn’t excuse what happened to us.
I also share the role my faith has played in learning to let go, set boundaries, recognize unhealthy patterns, and trust God with the places in my life I couldn’t heal on my own.
Sometimes breaking the cycle isn’t just about leaving what hurt you.
It’s about healing enough that you don’t carry it into the life God is leading you toward.
You survived. Now it’s time to learn to live.
