Nadia was born to a family that gave her no option but to build resilience. Being raised by a strict Afghan father and Cinderella-worthy evil stepmother, Nadia was also navigating a relationship with her mother who was significantly unwell. At the age of 16, after many years of enduring emotional abuse and palpable fear, Nadia knew she only had one option- to run.

Now a mental health & performance coach, Nadia uses her skills and wisdom drawn from life experience to coach others to perform at their very best. Working mostly with men, Nadia supports them to drop their egos, live with purpose, and begin to embody their true leadership skills. In turn, helping men build the key ingredient all intimate relationships, children and society need- healthy masculinity.

At 31 years old, Mirella Petrucci was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Living a life that she had always considered healthy, Mirella and her husband were not only shocked, but devastated. Rather than allowing MS to determine what kind of life she was going to live, Mirella took charge of her health and instead, became her own doctor.
