ALL HANDS ON DECK! Today you landlubbers are being educated, but in a different way. We are creating the Brain Jam pirate code! Before the rules were somewhat simple - the Brains has an agenda, the co-host has their education segment as well as trying to guess the agenda, and they take turns hosting. But now mateys... we've made it convoluted!

The Pirate Code:

1. The winner hosts the first episode of the next season.
2. Season themes have to be implemented into each episode, if failed to do so in some fashion the host (the Brains) loses one point.
3. The winner has a wheel, they can spin at any moment during the next season (where they choose the theme). On the wheel are point deductions and earnings. 2% chance to go to zero points, 3 point deductions that are: -3, -2, -1, and three possible point earnings: 1, 3, 5. 49%, 49% split.
4. There will be requests for season extensions, it has to be mutually agreed upon.
5. There’s a blacklist for agendas. So no: pronouns, articles, fanboys, or prepositions.
6. If we guess an agenda right, we claim one point.
7. Each cohost has one bonus guess for the agenda each season, if they guess it right they gain 2 points. If they're wrong, they lose a point.
8. You must document when the cohost mentions or activates the agenda during the recording to earn those points.
9. There is an honor system.
10. We can only guess the agenda when the topic of the episode starts. The host will say when the topic starts.
11. The cohost has only 1 challenge per season. We flip a coin, and if the verdict lands in favor of the challenger the Brains lose all their points. If the verdict isn't in favor of the co-host, The Brains' points are doubled.
12. Every episode when the topic starts, the host (the Brains) has to tally down the points they earn throughout the episode. Additionally, both cohosts calculate their points for their current point totals to see where they're at currently in the season. violated. One of these buffoons will walk the plank.. so remember, dead man tells no tales.
