概要
I’m coming off Winterstrong at Sorinex Outdoors and I am extremely grateful to have Danny Bolton join me. Danny is one of those rare guys who does epic things all the time. When you sit with him, though, the thing that hits you first is not all of his accomplishments but Danny's humility. It is a rare quality in today's society and it really drew me toward having this conversation with him.
Our shared experience at Winterstrong immediately pulled Danny Bolton and me into a deeper topic: what it looks like to live by your non‑negotiables when real opportunities show up—especially the brand/work decisions that can either align with your values or quietly sell them off.
From there, we talk about the bowhunting life, integrity, and why your choices matter even more when you realize your kids are watching—learning what you truly believe by what you’re willing (or not willing) to compromise.
In this episode, we cover:
--How Danny evaluates brands and work opportunities without cutting corners
Defining your values and sticking to them when it costs you something
-The link between bowhunting, discipline, and character
-The legacy Danny wants to build—and what he hopes his kids learn by watching his decisionsLeadership as a byproduct of consistency, not talk
Rare is the man with this many notches on his bow who deflects attention to the greatness of others. Danny is one of those men.
