They get into the nitty-gritty of postpartum OCD, intrusive vs. ruminating thoughts, and the scary thoughts so many moms are terrified to say out loud for fear of being labeled a “bad mom.” Plus, we discuss what to look out for, how to support someone you love, and how to get help without shame or judgment. Because this is WAY more common than expected ❤️
