Shannon Freud is a psychotherapist with a private therapy practice, in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She works with people 12+, with a focus on supporting parents and caregivers whose kids are struggling with their mental health.

Prior to her private practice, she worked at a community mental health centre, and for Canada's national youth crisis line, Kids Help Phone.

Aside from her therapy practice, Shannon is deeply involved in the circus community, where she practices aerial silks, hoop, trapeze, and handstands. She also loves distance cycling.
